The service

ERAS BookediN is provided by Eras Business Management & Media Consultancy, Oranjestad, Aruba. It lets businesses publish a booking page and collect payments through their own CX Pay merchant account.

Payments

Customer payments are processed by CX Pay under the business's own merchant agreement and settle directly to the business. ERAS BookediN does not receive, hold or refund customer funds. Refunds and chargebacks are handled by the business in CX Pay.

Subscription

After the free trial and completion of Whop checkout, subscriptions renew automatically in US dollars every 30 or 365 days, as selected. These are fixed-day intervals, not calendar months or years. The 365-day price equals eleven 30-day payments. Cancel future renewals from your Subscription page; cancellation does not refund the current period and access continues until that paid period ends. Access is paused when Whop no longer confirms an active paid subscription. To change plans, cancel renewals and choose the new plan after the current subscription expires. Existing paid invoice coverage is preserved; outstanding legacy invoices must be settled before starting automatic renewals.

Your data and your customers' data

The business is responsible for its customers' personal data and for informing them how it is used. ERAS BookediN processes that data only to provide the service. Payment secrets are stored encrypted; card details never reach ERAS BookediN.
